convenient downtown location is a plus for area businesses and organizations in search of

Inn & Suites by Marriott, one mile north of Butler's Grand Ballroom, and the Comfort Inn
or the Days Inn-Butler/Conference Center located one mile south.
We are able to accommodate in comfort any group size up to 180 people seated at tables in
our Diamond Room. For meetings that do not require table seating, 200 or more can be
seated comfortably in this room. For smaller gatherings, meetings, and office parties,
consider our Pearl Room which provides a more intimate space for groups up of to 80
people.
We will provide a podium, if required, and other audio/ visual equipment is available if
needed.
